Tsunami was given a chance to become the future queen...BUT she first has to restore the balance by choosing a representative on earth, and having her do good deeds.
Tsunami picks Sasami Kawai, a typical happy-go-lucky fourth grader. Tsunami tells her she will become a ""magical girl"". She also sends Ryo-Ohki, a rabbit who thinks he's a cat, to help her out.
Ramia was soo angry that she visits Earth and hypnotizes Sasami's best friend, Misao.
