While everyone is having an easy time with their patients, Rumi struggles and eventually quarrels with Mr. Senda. After talking to Takumi, Rumi apologizes to Mr. Senda and realizes that there's another side to the grumpy old man. Rumi realize she has feelings for Takumi after seeing him care for Touno when she fainted due to anemia. Meanwhile, Saeki's perfect life is crumbling down.
